About Us:
PMA Marketing Inc. is an "industry specific" Manufacturers' Representative firm representing top manufacturers within the electronic security industry such as Toshiba, Altronix, Keyscan, Strand and Fujinon. We focus on companies who sell and service security, surveillance, access control and fire alarm systems. Our territory includes Ohio and the surrounding states. We have been in business since 1991 and focus on a 'value added' approach to our customer base whereby we can help with system marketing and design as well as security dealer & end-user consultation. 

Business Challenges:
Our biggest challenge is streamlining our internal processes allowing us to 'touch' our main customer base more regularly while also having the necessary time to attract new customers.

Why Kazeli:
We chose Kazeli for our integrated CRM solution for many reasons. In no particular order, these include website integration/database integration, allowing us to create follow-up sequences manually or automatically to give us the edge in breaking through the everyday clutter our customers face with product specific information and allowing us to contact them with regularity while also agressively targeting new business opportunities. Easily creating newsletters to broadcast product information across our database with ease and having one source for contact management, email, calendar and important files/documents was also very important to us.

The Kazeli Experience:
So far our experience has been very positive.
