During weekends/holidays support requests are prioritized and addressed in the order in which they are received. We also provide an extensive online help tool that is updated daily and is accessible through the Kazeli Web Office. We will also soon be releasing phone-support packages that you will be able to add-to your service, for an extra fee, if you believe it would be of added benefit to your business.
