How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you will not
be charged a thing. During your free 30-day trial you may choose to upgrade
or downgrade at anytime without charge and your subscription plan will
be automatically updated after the trial.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yep, you can cancel any of our services at any time. Kazeli is an on-demand
service, which allows you to enable and disable services as you wish,
with no long-term contracts or commitments. Refunds
cannot be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't pro-rate
for partial months. If you cancel any existing paid service, you will
not be billed again as of your next monthly billing day, following your
cancellation request.
Can I change plans if my requirements
change?
Of course! It's a quick and easy process to switch between plans. You
simply log into Kazeli and go to the My Account section, under Kazeli
Products & Services click the Upgrade/Downgrade link, where you can
select your new preferred plan. Your updated billing charges will be posted
to your My Account section and your next payment will reflect your new
payment plan charges.
Can I personalize my Web Office?
Kazeli offers its users multiple extensions and modules that can easily
be enabled or disabled on an as-needed basis, giving you ultimate
control while keeping down your costs. Only pay for things that you're

Do you have Website Building software?
Yes! The Kazeli Website Builder is developed to give your business a professional
web presence without the typical technology, cost or time barriers. With
our 3-step build process you choose your design, select your colour scheme

Is website hosting included?
Yes. The hosting of your website is included in the Unlimited, Professional,
Plus, and Solo plans.
What if I need an eCommerce solution
or other functionality added to my website?
Kazeli offers an eCommerce add-on package along with various
other extensions
that are available now, that can instantly be activated
and added to your website at any time. Our solution is integrated
with various credit card gateways for no additional charge.
I don't understand technology and
don't want to hassle with updating my website, can you help?
Yes, absolutely. Not only can we help you, but we also have qualified
service partners around the world that can help you with just about
any request.
What happens with my domain and
emails?
You can pull in any POP3 email account directly into the Kazeli Web
Office. We also have some of the lowest domain prices on the planet
with .com domains for just €6.99/yr, then depending on your plan
you can setup the number of included emails. If you'd like to purchase
additional emails, you can do that also. If you already have your
domain, no problem. We'll give you the details to point that domain
to our servers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard for all subscription charges.
