I know my username and password, but I can’t sign in.

• If you are copying and pasting your username and password, you may be copy extra space before or after the necessary details. Try type them in instead.
• Remember that passwords are case sensitive. If your password is all lower-case, ensure you have CAPS LOCK switched off on your keyboard. If you use CAPS in your password, make sure you are putting them in the right place.
• Your username is not necessarily or usually your email address. If you are entering your email address as your username, you may be entering an incorrect username.
• If you remain unable to sign in to your Kazeli account, contact us by using the Support Form.
